KC Cottrell Vietnam Co., Ltd is a 100% foreign capital invested by KC Cottrell (Korea) who has occupied the global leading position in the area of Pollution Control and totally specializing in FGD, Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP), De-NOx System as well as other air pollution control systems. KC Cottrell has established many subsidiaries and branches in lots of countries in the world such as: UK, American, Taiwan, China, India and Vietnam.
2.Position and job description: (Vị trí tuyển dụng và chi tiết công việc)
- Support Director to build strategic plan and orientation for company development including: operation, business, sales, market and human resources
- Coordinate with Sale team to set up and execute business and marketing plan for best sale results; approach and develop relationship with potential customers, big corporations and owners in the field of thermal power plant, steel and cement factories...
- Coordinate with Director to set up policies and regulations for staffs in the company on recruitment working, training, business trip, working capability and efficiency evaluation, salary, bonus
- Establish legal and administration documents related to the company establishment and business permission.
- Support Director to manage other general operation activities in the company
- Other company's works
3. Required capability (Năng lực yêu cầu)
- Capability in management, organization and company execution
- Good English communication
- Good team work
4. Required minimum education and experience: (Đào tạo và kinh nghiệm)
- Age: 35 years old and above
- Experience: at least 5 year experience in related position
- Advantage to ones has experience and wide relationship in thermal power plant, oil refinery, steel and cement factories.
- Advantage to ones graduated from Foreign Trade University and working in technical fields
- Pre-studying and understanding the company business is required before the interview
